What to expect from your appointment

Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes! Upon receipt of your appointment request we will ask you a few questions about your wedding and the type of wedding dress you are looking for. We love to find out all about your wedding along with your likes and dislikes. This gives us the opportunity to tailor your appointment to you, selecting the dresses that best match what you are looking for before you arrive. 

Your appointment will be relaxed, friendly and enjoyable. We are passionate about helping you find your dream dress and we will not put you under any pressure during your visit to the boutique.

How long do appointments last?
Typically, appointments last for 1-2 hours. Please try to arrive at your appointment on time as it is important not to rush such a special purchase.

Is there a booking fee?
There is a £30 booking fee to secure your first appointment which will be deducted from any wedding dress purchased in store. It will only be refunded if you provide a 48 hour cancellation notice. 

What happens if I find my dream dress?
When you find your dream wedding dress we will take your measurements and it will then be made to order specifically for you. You will have an opportunity to try on accessories with the dresses you love and you can also arrange another appointment to try accessories with your chosen wedding gown. 

Once your dress arrives we arrange an appointment for you to try your gown on and then store it for you until your wedding day with no extra charges for this service. There are also alterations available in store which we can discuss with you during your appointment.
